Built for the shop, not the enterprise.

ServiceTitan is a serious product built for big operations. If you're a shop with two to twenty trucks, you're probably paying for a size you aren't — and you had to sit through a demo to find out what it costs.

We're cheaper and simpler.
And the price is on the page.
Built for the shop, not the enterprise.

They have the call-centre tooling, the integrations and the people to run a forty-truck operation. What we have is the daily work — book it, quote it, invoice it, get paid — at a price you can read without sitting through a demo. We are built for the shop that does not have a procurement department.

Checked against each company's own public pages in August 2026. Plans change, so check theirs before you decide.
1 Housecall Pro list prices are for annual billing; paying monthly costs more. 2 Service Fusion month-to-month rates. Their annual rate is 15% lower but charged as one payment up front. 3 Housecall Pro doesn't publish seat counts on its pricing page. 4 Workiz publishes only the cost of extra seats — $55/month on Standard and $65/month on Pro, on annual billing — not the base price. 5 Workiz states plans are billed annually at purchase and doesn't publish a month-to-month rate. 6 ServiceTitan's vehicle GPS tracking is reported to be a paid add-on. 7 Housecall Pro tracks materials on a job but publishes no stock-and-reorder module. 8 Workiz shows two-way texting on all tiers, but it sits inside their Genius Phone add-on, marked sold separately. 9 Service Fusion lists "text messaging alerts" on all tiers and "integrated voice & text" on Plus and Pro; they never use the phrase "two-way".

Straight answers

Worth knowing before you switch.

Depth built for large operations

Call-centre staffing models, franchise roll-ups, marketing tracking at scale. If you need that, they do it and we don't.

A big add-on catalogue

They've been at this far longer and have more bolt-ons and partner tie-ins. Ours is a shorter list.

A public way to plug in your own software

They'll give access on request. If you've built something custom that has to talk to your field service system, we can't do that yet.

The other side

What you get back.

A price on a page

$49, $149 or $299 a month. No quote form, no demo before you see a number, and the price you read is the price you pay.

No contract and no setup fee

Month to month, cancel whenever. Nothing to pay before you start.

Stock and orders without enterprise pricing

Warehouse stock, truck stock, reorder points and purchase orders on the $299 plan.

An app that works with no signal

Photos, notes, checklists and hours save on the phone and upload themselves when the bars come back.

Questions

Before you switch.

What does ServiceTitan actually cost?

They don't publish it. Their pricing page lists three tiers — Starter, Essentials and The Works — each with a 'Request Pricing' button, and states that pricing is per technician. Third-party sites report several hundred dollars per technician per month plus a setup fee, but nobody can verify that, so we won't repeat it as fact.

Can I move my customers and price list over?

Yes. Export from your current system and bring the spreadsheet — customers, addresses and prices come straight in.

Is ZippCrew going to be missing something I rely on?

Possibly, and it's worth checking before you switch. The table above is the honest version. If you need a public way to connect your own software, or you're outside the US, we're the wrong choice today.

How long does it take to get running?

You can have your first job on the board in ten minutes. Moving a full customer list and price book across is usually an afternoon.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a credit card and without a call.

Run both for two weeks.

Keep ServiceTitan running and put a week of real jobs through ours. No card, no call.
