Most of this industry hides what it costs until you've sat through a demo. We don't — and we're not going to hide theirs either.

1 Housecall Pro list prices are for annual billing; paying monthly costs more. 2 Service Fusion month-to-month rates. Their annual rate is 15% lower but charged as one payment up front. 3 Housecall Pro doesn't publish seat counts on its pricing page. 4 Workiz publishes only the cost of extra seats — $55/month on Standard and $65/month on Pro, on annual billing — not the base price. 5 Workiz states plans are billed annually at purchase and doesn't publish a month-to-month rate. 6 ServiceTitan's vehicle GPS tracking is reported to be a paid add-on. 7 Housecall Pro tracks materials on a job but publishes no stock-and-reorder module. 8 Workiz shows two-way texting on all tiers, but it sits inside their Genius Phone add-on, marked sold separately. 9 Service Fusion lists "text messaging alerts" on all tiers and "integrated voice & text" on Plus and Pro; they never use the phrase "two-way".
Why us
What you get whichever one you're leaving.
Published pricing, no contract, inventory and purchase orders without enterprise pricing, and an app that keeps working when the signal doesn't.
Being straight with you
Where we're not the right fit yet.
You run 50+ trucks
ServiceTitan is built for large field service operations and has depth we haven't matched — call-centre staffing models, franchise roll-ups. We're built for the shop, not the enterprise.
You need to plug in your own software
If you've had a developer build something custom and it needs to talk to ZippCrew, we can't do that yet. It's on the roadmap, not in the product.
You need it outside the US
We're US-focused today. Tax handling and payment rails elsewhere aren't there yet.
Head to head
Leaving one in particular?
vs ServiceTitan
Built for big operations, and they won't print a price. What you give up leaving, and what you get back.
vs Jobber
Their price moves with your headcount and inventory isn't on any published plan. Ours is flat.
vs Housecall Pro
They publish prices, which is rare. The gaps are counting stock and what the app does with no signal.
vs Workiz
A better phone system than ours, but all three tiers say 'request pricing' and texting is a paid add-on.
vs Service Fusion
Flat rate, unlimited users. Past about nine people signing in, they cost less than us — with the arithmetic.
