Every seat, priced on the page.
Service Fusion charges one flat rate for unlimited users. We include seats and charge $29 for extra ones, and both numbers are public — so you can work out which suits your headcount before anyone asks you for a demo.
Every number is on the page.
You can price us without a phone call.
For a shop under about nine people, we come in cheaper.
Both companies publish a price, which most of this category won't. Ours is per seat and theirs is flat, so the arithmetic depends on your headcount — and you can do that sum yourself, right now, without talking to either of us.

1 Housecall Pro list prices are for annual billing; paying monthly costs more. 2 Service Fusion month-to-month rates. Their annual rate is 15% lower but charged as one payment up front. 3 Housecall Pro doesn't publish seat counts on its pricing page. 4 Workiz publishes only the cost of extra seats — $55/month on Standard and $65/month on Pro, on annual billing — not the base price. 5 Workiz states plans are billed annually at purchase and doesn't publish a month-to-month rate. 6 ServiceTitan's vehicle GPS tracking is reported to be a paid add-on. 7 Housecall Pro tracks materials on a job but publishes no stock-and-reorder module. 8 Workiz shows two-way texting on all tiers, but it sits inside their Genius Phone add-on, marked sold separately. 9 Service Fusion lists "text messaging alerts" on all tiers and "integrated voice & text" on Plus and Pro; they never use the phrase "two-way".
Straight answers
Worth knowing before you switch.
Unlimited users for one price
Their cheapest plan is $245 a month month-to-month with unlimited users. Ours reaches $245 at about eight seats and keeps climbing, so the seat maths runs against us once the office fills up.
A live QuickBooks connection
Theirs talks to QuickBooks directly, on every tier. We give you a file to import — QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop or a plain spreadsheet — so it's one more step at month end.
Connecting your own software
Their Pro tier lets you wire ZippCrew-style data into something you've built yourself. We don't offer that yet, on any plan.
The other side
What you get back.
A price on a page
$49, $149 or $299 a month. No quote form, no demo before you see a number, and the price you read is the price you pay.
No contract and no setup fee
Month to month, cancel whenever. Nothing to pay before you start.
Stock and orders without enterprise pricing
Warehouse stock, truck stock, reorder points and purchase orders on the $299 plan.
An app that works with no signal
Photos, notes, checklists and hours save on the phone and upload themselves when the bars come back.

Questions
Before you switch.
So when is ZippCrew actually cheaper?
Up to about eight people signing in. Two users costs $49 against their $245, five costs $149, and at eight we're $236. Past that their flat rate flattens out and ours keeps climbing, so run the sum against your own headcount.
Is their advertised price the real price?
Their lower row — $208, $325, $533 — is annual billing charged as one payment up front. Month to month it's $245, $382 and $627. Both are published on their page, which is more than most of this category manages.
Can I try Service Fusion first?
No. They state outright that they don't offer a free trial or a free plan — it's a demo. Ours is 14 days with no credit card, so you can put real jobs through it before deciding.
What about location tracking?
Theirs is a paid add-on on every tier and the price isn't published. Ours is included from Professional up.
What about connecting my own software?
Theirs is on the Pro tier only and isn't available as an add-on below it. We can't do it at all yet — it's on the roadmap, not in the product.
